Fresno Warriors (Fresno, CA) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Madera South Stallions (Madera, CA), 58-43 in a league bout.

With the victory, Fresno upgrades its record to 19-8 on the campaign. The Warriors host Roosevelt (Fresno, CA) to play the Rough Riders in a North Yosemite bout on Wednesday, February 7. The Rough Riders come into the bout with a record of 18-7. Roosevelt won 74-24 in their recent league bout against McLane (Fresno, CA)

Next up, the Stallions play the Torres Toros (Madera, CA) in a North Yosemite bout, on Wednesday, February 7. Madera South will attempt to upgrade on its 11-16 season record. The Toros come into the bout with a 17-10 record after their 57-23 league win over Sanger West (Fresno, CA).
