Lakeside Knights (Plummer, ID) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Genesis Prep Academy Jaguars (Post Falls, ID), 54-34 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Lakeside upgrades its record to 8-9 on the season. The Knights travel to Wallace (Wallace, ID) to play the Miners in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 7.
