The Pennsville Memorial Eagles (Pennsville, NJ) basketball crushed the host Gloucester City Lions (Gloucester City, NJ), 53-20 in Monday's non-league test.

The Eagles (8-12) will now prepare for their test against Glassboro (Glassboro, NJ). The Bulldogs go into the Tri-County - Diamond test with a 12-5 record.

The Lions now own a 6-12 record. They play next when they travel to Audubon for a Colonial test on Tuesday, February 6. Gloucester City will encounter a Green Wave squad coming off a 50-28 league win over Paulsboro (Paulsboro, NJ). The Green Wave record now stands at 11-5.
