The Jackson Polar Bears (Massillon, OH) basketball nipped the visiting Louisville Leopards (Louisville, OH), 50-44 in Monday's non-league test.
The Polar Bears (17-3) will now prepare for their test against Ellet (Akron, OH). The Orangemen go into the non-league test with a 15-4 record. In their last test, Ellet got by Buchtel (Akron, OH), 55-41, in a non-league test.
The Leopards now own a 13-7 record. They play next when they host Lake for a non-league test on Wednesday, February 7. Louisville will encounter a Blue Streaks squad coming off a 49-48 league win over GlenOak (Canton, OH). The Blue Streaks record now stands at 17-2.
