The West Point Pointers tipped the visiting Lancaster Red Devils basketball team by a final score of 36-33 in Monday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Pointers face the Charles City Panthers (Charles City, VA) in a Tidewater game, on Tuesday, February 6. West Point will attempt to move on its 12-7 season record. The Panthers enter the game with a 8-11 record after their 61-40 league loss to King William (King William, VA).

With the defeat, Lancaster moves to 5-9 on the year. The Red devils host Essex (Tappahannock, VA) to face the Trojans in a Northern Neck game on Tuesday, February 6. The Trojans enter the game with a record of 16-0. Essex won 62-23 in their recent non-league game against King & Queen Central (King & Queen Court House, VA)
