The Latta Panthers (Ada, OK) basketball nipped the host Stratford Bulldogs (Stratford, OK), 43-39 in Monday's non-league test.

The Panthers (15-8) will now prepare for their test against Dale (Dale, OK). The Pirates go into the non-league test with a 22-1 record. In their last test, Dale got by Vanoss (Ada, OK), 52-42, in a non-league test.

The Bulldogs now own a 10-11 record. They play next when they travel to Calvin for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 6. Stratford will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Wanette (Wanette, OK). The Bulldogs record now stands at 3-17.
