The Page County Panthers (Shenandoah, VA) basketball nipped the host Strasburg Rams (Strasburg, VA), 55-51 in Monday's league test.
The Panthers (14-8) will now prepare for their test against Luray (Luray, VA). The Bulldogs go into the Bull Run test with a 6-15 record. In their last test, Luray was tipped by Rappahannock County (Washington, VA), 48-46, in a league test.
The Rams now own a 18-3 record. They play next when they travel to Central Woodstock for a Bull Run test on Friday, February 9. Strasburg will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 72-18 league win over Mountain View (Quicksburg, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 17-4.
