The Wayne Hills Patriots basketball team scored 44 points and held the host Passaic Valley Hornets to 31 in the Patriots non-league triumph on Monday.

The Patriots now sport a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Dumont for a non-league contest on Monday, February 5. Wayne Hills will battle a Huskies team coming off a 42-35 non-league loss to Wayne Hills (Wayne, NJ). The Huskies record now stands at 9-12.

The Hornets (8-11) will now prepare for their contest against Fair Lawn (Fair Lawn, NJ). The Cutters enter the Big North - Independence contest with a 10-9 record. In their last contest, Fair Lawn was defeated by Passaic County Tech (Wayne, NJ), 53-43, in a non-league contest.
