Santa Fe Demons (Santa Fe, NM) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Rio Grande Ravens (Albuquerque, NM), 39-35 in a league bout.

With the win, Santa Fe upgrades its record to 8-13 on the season. The Demons host Albuquerque (Albuquerque, NM) to play the Bulldogs in a 5A District 5 bout on Friday, February 9. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 17-4. Albuquerque won 30-29 in their recent league bout against Los Lunas (Los Lunas, NM)

Next up, the Ravens play the Manzano Monarchs (Albuquerque, NM) in a 5A District 5 bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Rio Grande will attempt to upgrade on its 8-13 season record.
