Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Rondout Valley Ganders (Accord, NY) and the visiting Fallsburg Comets (Fallsburg, NY), saw Rondout Valley's basketball squad hold off Fallsburg by a tally of 46-43.

With the victory, Rondout Valley improves its record to 3-4 on the campaign. The Ganders travel to New Paltz (New Paltz, NY) to confront the Huguenots in a non-league challenge on Friday, February 9. The Huguenots come into the challenge with a record of 1-5.

Next up, the Comets confront the Chester Hambletonians (Chester, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, February 12. Fallsburg will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record.
