Thurston Eagles (Redford, MI) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Romulus Eagles (Romulus, MI), 76-68 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Thurston upgrades its record to 12-4 on the campaign. The Eagles host Annapolis (Dearborn Heights, MI) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Cougars come into the bout with a record of 4-4.
