California High School Basketball - Armijo holds off Valley

In Wednesday's league contest, the host Armijo Royals basketball team scored a close 57-55 triumph over the Valley Vikings.
The Royals (6-17) will now prepare for their contest against Florin (Sacramento, CA). The Panthers go into the Greater Sacramento contest with a 2-16 record. In their last contest, Florin was tipped by Johnson (Sacramento, CA), 61-60, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Vikings confront the West Campus Warriors (Sacramento, CA) in a Greater Sacramento contest, on Friday, February 7. Valley will attempt to better on its 5-19 season record. The Warriors go into the contest with a 14-9 record after their 60-55 league win over Fairfield (Fairfield, CA).
