In Wednesday's league test, the Bishop O'Dowd Dragons (Oakland, CA) basketball squad defeated the visiting Piedmont Highlanders (Piedmont, CA), by a score of 72-63.
Next, the Dragons clash with the Lincoln Trojans (Stockton, CA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, February 8. Bishop O'Dowd will attempt to improve on its 13-9 season record. The Trojans come into the test with a 22-3 record after their 80-72 league loss to Modesto Christian (Modesto, CA).
The Highlanders (12-11) will now prepare for their test against Berkeley (Berkeley, CA). The Yellowjackets come into the West Alameda County - Foothill test with a 9-12 record. In their last test, Berkeley overcame San Leandro (San Leandro, CA), 59-44, in a league test.
