In Wednesday's non-league test, the Quarry Lane Cougars (Dublin, CA) basketball squad trounced the host California School for the Deaf Eagles (Fremont, CA), by a score of 64-32.

Next, the Cougars clash with the Cristo Rey De La Salle Mustangs (Oakland, CA) in a non-league test, on Friday, February 7. Quarry Lane will attempt to improve on its 16-2 season record. The Mustangs come into the test with a 1-10 record after their 38-26 non-league loss to Averroes (Fremont, CA).

The Eagles (2-17) will now prepare for their test against Making Waves Academy (Richmond, CA). The Marlins come into the Bay Counties - General test with a 15-8 record. In their last test, Making Waves Academy was routed by Redwood Christian (San Lorenzo, CA), 64-32, in a league test.
