California High School Basketball - Christian Brothers victorious over Ponderosa

In Wednesday's league contest, the visiting Christian Brothers Falcons basketball team scored a good 80-60 triumph over the Ponderosa Bruins.

The Falcons (20-6) will now prepare for their contest against Bella Vista (Fair Oaks, CA). The Broncos go into the Capital Valley Conference contest with a 9-16 record. In their last contest, Bella Vista was toppled by Inderkum (Sacramento, CA), 89-40, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Bruins confront the Rio Americano Raiders (Sacramento, CA) in a Capital Valley Conference contest, on Friday, February 7. Ponderosa will attempt to better on its 5-20 season record. The Raiders go into the contest with a 16-9 record after their 69-64 league win over Bella Vista (Fair Oaks, CA).
