The Evander Childs Tigers basketball team scored 55 points and limited the visiting Truman Mustangs to 50 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Tigers now have a 12-2 record. They play next when they host DeWitt Clinton for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 11. Evander Childs will confront a Governors team coming off a 86-70 non-league loss to Monroe Campus (Bronx, NY). The Governors record now stands at 7-8.

With the loss, Truman falls to 10-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Wings Academy (Bronx, NY) to confront the Wings in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 11. The Wings go into the game with a record of 13-9. Wings Academy won 69-54 in their recent league game against Stevenson (Bronx, NY)
