In Wednesday's league contest, the visiting Ferndale Yellow Jackets basketball team scored a big 61-27 triumph over the Hyndman Charter School Hornets.

The Yellow Jackets (14-7) will now prepare for their contest against Glendale (Flinton, PA). The Vikings go into the non-league contest with a 4-15 record. In their last contest, Glendale was trounced by West Branch (Morrisdale, PA), 68-65, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Hornets battle the Hancock Panthers (Hancock, MD) in a non-league contest, on Friday, February 7. Hyndman Charter School will attempt to better on its 1-14 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 5-8 record after their 82-64 non-league loss to Fannett Metal (Willow Hill, PA).
