In Wednesday's league contest, the host Kankakee Kays basketball team scored a big 77-32 win over the Thornridge Falcons.
The Kays (22-3) will now prepare for their contest against Rich Township (Olympia Fields, IL). The Raptors come into the Southland contest with a 16-7 record. In their last contest, Rich Township was trounced by Bloom (Chicago Heights, IL), 58-47, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Falcons battle the Bloom Blazing Trojan (Chicago Heights, IL) in a Southland contest, on Friday, February 7. Thornridge will attempt to better on its 5-17 season record. The Blazing Trojan come into the contest with a 15-8 record after their 58-47 league win over Rich Township (Olympia Fields, IL).
