The Sullivan County Griffins (Laporte, PA) basketball were winner over the visiting Millville Quakers (Millville, PA), 56-36 in Wednesday's league bout.

The Griffins now possess a 11-9 record. They play next when they travel to Northwest Area for a Midd-Penn bout on Saturday, February 8. Sullivan County will clash with a Rangers squad coming off a 64-32 league win over Benton (Benton, PA). The Rangers record now stands at 17-3.

The Quakers (3-15) will now prepare for their outing against Northumberland Christian (Northumberland, PA). The Warriors enter the non-league outing with a 5-7 record. In their last outing, Northumberland Christian was defeated by Meadowbrook Christian (Milton, PA), 43-30, in a league outing.
