In Wednesday's non-league contest, the host North Community Polars basketball team scored a good 67-53 triumph over the Minneapolis South Tigers.
The Polars (9-6) will now prepare for their contest against Esko (Esko, MN). The Eskomos go into the non-league contest with a 16-4 record.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Edison Tommies (Minneapolis, MN) in a non-league contest, on Monday, February 10. Minneapolis South will attempt to better on its 7-13 season record. The Tommies go into the contest with a 4-13 record after their 66-43 league loss to St. Anthony Village (Minneapolis, MN).
