California High School Basketball - Westmont holds off Pioneer

The Westmont Warriors basketball team scored 59 points and limited the visiting Pioneer Mustangs to 56 in the Warriors league triumph on Wednesday.
The Warriors now have a 16-5 record. They play next when they host Willow Glen for a Blossom Valley - Mt. Hamilton game on Friday, February 7. Westmont will confront a Rams team coming off a 91-88 league loss to Santa Teresa (San Jose, CA). The Rams record now stands at 11-9.
With the loss, Pioneer falls to 10-10 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Branham (San Jose, CA) to confront the Bruins in a Blossom Valley - Mt. Hamilton game on Friday, February 7. The Bruins go into the game with a record of 5-16. Branham lost 71-48 in their recent league game against Christopher (Gilroy, CA)
