The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Reseda Regents (Reseda, CA) and the visiting Sylmar Spartans (Sylmar, CA), observed Reseda's basketball team knock off Sylmar by a score of 85-68.

The Regents (13-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Van Nuys (Van Nuys, CA). The Wolves come into the Valley Mission challenge with a 5-7 record. In their last challenge, Van Nuys prevailed over San Fernando (San Fernando, CA), 65-55, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Spartans encounter the Panorama Pythons (Panorama City, CA) in a Valley Mission challenge, on Friday, February 7. Sylmar will attempt to improve on its 5-16 season record. The Pythons come into the challenge with a 9-13 record after their 51-46 league loss to San Fernando (San Fernando, CA).
