In Wednesday's league contest, the host Van Nuys Wolves basketball team scored a good 65-55 triumph over the San Fernando Tigers.

The Wolves (5-7) will now prepare for their contest against Reseda (Reseda, CA). The Regents go into the Valley Mission contest with a 13-4 record. In their last contest, Reseda topped Sylmar (Sylmar, CA), 85-68, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Tigers battle the Panorama Pythons (Panorama City, CA) in a Valley Mission contest, on Thursday, February 6. San Fernando will attempt to better on its 8-11 season record. The Pythons go into the contest with a 9-11 record after their 71-54 league loss to Van Nuys (Van Nuys, CA).
