The Thunderbirds (7-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Shelton (Shelton, WA). The Highclimbers come into the 2A Evergreen challenge with a 12-5 record. In their last challenge, Shelton was routed by WF West (Chehalis, WA), 69-37, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Bobcats encounter the Black Hills Wolves (Tumwater, WA) in a 2A Evergreen challenge, on Thursday, February 6. Aberdeen will attempt to improve on its 4-13 season record. The Wolves come into the challenge with a 12-7 record after their 63-48 league win over Centralia (Centralia, WA).
