The Barack Obama School for Social Justice Lightning basketball team scored 57 points and limited the visiting Yonkers Bulldogs to 32 in the Lightning league triumph on Wednesday.

The Lightning now have a 2-6 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln for a non-league game on Monday, February 10.

With the loss, Yonkers falls to 5-7 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Port Chester (Port Chester, NY) to confront the Rams in a non-league game on Friday, February 7. The Rams go into the game with a record of 9-6. Port Chester won 37-35 in their recent non-league game against Sleepy Hollow (Sleepy Hollow, NY)
