In Wednesday's league test, the West Point Pointers (West Point, VA) basketball squad trounced the visiting Charles City Panthers (Charles City, VA), by a final score of 57-28.

Next, the Pointers clash with the Gloucester Dukes (Gloucester, VA) in a non-league test, on Monday, February 10. West Point will attempt to upgrade on its 12-4 season record. The Dukes come into the test with a 7-12 record after their 81-17 league loss to Hampton (Hampton, VA).

The Panthers (12-8) will now prepare for their test against Middlesex (Saluda, VA). The Chargers come into the Tidewater test with a 4-10 record. In their last test, Middlesex bounced Nandua (Onley, VA), 36-33, in a non-league test.
