Virginia High School Basketball - Floyd County routs Glenvar

In Wednesday's league contest, the visiting Floyd County Buffaloes basketball team scored a big 49-18 triumph over the Glenvar Highlanders.
The Buffaloes (6-13) will now prepare for their contest against Radford (Radford, VA). The Bobcats go into the Three Rivers contest with a 8-8 record. In their last contest, Radford smashed Giles (Pearisburg, VA), 54-46, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Highlanders confront the Alleghany Cougars (Covington, VA) in a Three Rivers contest, on Friday, February 7. Glenvar will attempt to better on its 0-18 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 12-5 record after their 39-34 non-league loss to Grace Christian (Staunton, VA).
