The Vestavia Hills Rebels basketball team scored 62 points and limited the host Hewitt-Trussville Huskies to 30 in the Rebels league triumph on Wednesday.
The Rebels now possess a 27-2 record. They play next when they travel to Hoover for a 7A Area 6 game on Friday, February 7. Vestavia Hills will confront a Buccaneers team coming off a 67-35 non-league win over Oak Mountain (Birmingham, AL). The Buccaneers record now stands at 27-4.
With the loss, Hewitt-Trussville falls to 19-12 on the campaign.
