Georgia High School Basketball - McIntosh overwhelmed by Starr's Mill

February 5, 2025: Peachtree City, GA 30269

In Wednesday's non-league test, the Starr's Mill Panthers (Fayetteville, GA) basketball squad trounced the host McIntosh Chiefs (Peachtree City, GA), by a score of 55-18.

Next, the Panthers encounter the Northside Patriots (Columbus, GA) in a AAAA Region 3 test, on Friday, February 7. Starr's Mill will attempt to improve on its 19-5 season record. The Patriots come into the test with a 11-10 record after their 43-32 league win over Jonesboro (Jonesboro, GA).

The Chiefs (6-14) will now prepare for their test against Lovejoy (Lovejoy, GA). The Wildcats come into the AAAAA Region 3 test with a 8-15 record. In their last test, Lovejoy bounced Northgate (Newnan, GA), 59-56, in a league test.
