California High School Basketball - Burlingame holds off Half Moon Bay

The Burlingame Panthers basketball squad scored 27 points and held the host Half Moon Bay Cougars to 25 in the Panthers league victory on Wednesday.
With the victory, Burlingame advances its record to 18-4 on the year. The Panthers host Jefferson (Daly City, CA) to meet the Grizzlies in a match on Friday, February 7. The Grizzlies enter the match with a record of 8-8. Jefferson lost 57-52 in their recent league match against Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA)
The Cougars now own a 1-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carlmont for a match on Friday, February 7. Half Moon Bay will meet a Scots squad coming off a 54-39 league win over Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA). The Scots record now stands at 11-8.
