The West Point Pointers basketball team scored 37 points and limited the visiting Charles City Panthers to 5 in the Pointers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Pointers now possess a 9-9 record. They play next when they host Gloucester for a non-league game on Monday, February 10.

With the loss, Charles City falls to 5-12 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Middlesex (Saluda, VA) to play the Chargers in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 11. The Chargers go into the game with a record of 3-10. Middlesex lost 49-21 in their recent non-league game against Nandua (Onley, VA)
