The West Brunswick Trojans were victorious over the host South Brunswick Cougars basketball squad by a final score of 53-36 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
Next, the Trojans clash with the North Brunswick Scorpions (Leland, NC) in a non-league outing, on Friday, February 7. West Brunswick will attempt to upgrade on its 10-8 season record. The Scorpions enter the outing with a 11-9 record after their 65-56 league loss to Ashley (Wilmington, NC).
The Cougars (5-12) will now prepare for their outing against Topsail (Hampstead, NC). The Pirates enter the non-league outing with a 7-13 record. In their last outing, Topsail was defeated by Laney (Wilmington, NC), 53-39, in a non-league outing.
