Highlands Owls (San Antonio, TX) backers exited the stadium pleased Wednesday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Seguin Matadors (Seguin, TX), 2-0 in a league test.

With the triumph, Highlands advances its record to 3-13 on the campaign. The Owls travel to Edison (San Antonio, TX) to clash with the Golden Bears in a 5A Region 4 District 27 test on Friday, February 7. The Golden Bears come into the test with a record of 4-6. Edison won 6-2 in their recent league test against Seguin (Seguin, TX)

The Matadors now have a 2-9 record. They take the field next when they host Burbank for a non-league test on Saturday, February 8. Seguin will clash with a Bulldogs team coming off a 1-0 league win over Jefferson (San Antonio, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-4.
