The Nixyaawii Community Eagles (Pendleton, OR) basketball felled the visiting Adrian Antelopes (Adrian, OR), 90-74 in Monday's non-league test.
The Eagles (17-1) will now prepare for their test against Pilot Rock (Pilot Rock, OR). The Rockets go into the 1A Old Oregon test with a 6-12 record. In their last test, Pilot Rock thwarted Griswold (Helix, OR), 76-20, in a league test.
The Antelopes now own a 16-6 record. They play next when they host Jordan Valley for a 1A High Desert test on Friday, February 10. Adrian will encounter a Mustangs squad coming off a 59-50 league win over Huntington (Huntington, OR). The Mustangs record now stands at 7-9.
