The Bradford Red Devils (Bradford, TN) basketball knocked off the visiting West Carroll War Eagles (Atwood, TN), 54-40 in Monday's non-league test.
The Red Devils (17-6) will now prepare for their test against Dresden (Dresden, TN). The Lions go into the 1A District 13 test with a 4-9 record. In their last test, Dresden went down by McEwen (McEwen, TN), 50-46, in a non-league test.
The War Eagles now own a 6-15 record. They play next when they host Camden Central for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 7. West Carroll will encounter a Lions squad coming off a 70-47 league win over Waverly Central (Waverly, TN). The Lions record now stands at 22-6.
