The Chicago University Maroons basketball team scored 81 points and held the host Francis W. Parker Colonels to 68 in the Maroons league triumph on Monday.
The Maroons now sport a 11-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Northside for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 7. Chicago University will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 59-58 non-league loss to Orr (Chicago, IL). The Mustangs record now stands at 18-9.
Next up, the Colonels play the Lake Forest Academy Caxys (Lake Forest, IL) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 9. Francis W. Parker will attempt to upgrade on its 14-12 season record. The Caxys come into the bout with a 12-13 record after their 45-42 non-league loss to Highland Park (Highland Park, IL).
