In Monday's non-league outing, the Dulce Hawks (Dulce, NM) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Coronado Leopards (Gallina, NM), by a margin of 58-30.
The Hawks (12-11) will now prepare for their outing against Laguna Acoma (New Laguna, NM). The Hawks go into the 2A District 1 outing with a 6-16 record.
The Leopards now own a 4-14 record. They play next when they host Jemez Valley for a A District 7 outing on Tuesday, February 7. Coronado will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 62-36 league win over Chesterton Academy (Albuquerque, NM). The Warriors record now stands at 11-10.
