New Jersey High School Basketball - Whippany Park tipped by Dover

The Dover Tigers basketball team scored 73 points and held the visiting Whippany Park Wildcats to 71 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Monday.
The Tigers now sport a 8-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Boonton for a Northwest Jersey - Independence contest on Tuesday, February 7. Dover will meet a Bombers team coming off a 66-56 non-league loss to Hasbrouck Heights (Hasbrouck Heights, NJ). The Bombers record now stands at 8-12.
The Wildcats (3-14) will now prepare for their contest against Parsippany (Parsippany, NJ). The Redhawks enter the Northwest Jersey - Independence contest with a 5-11 record. In their last contest, Parsippany was nudged by Kinnelon (Kinnelon, NJ), 35-33, in a league contest.
