Massachusetts High School Basketball - Mashpee trounces Sturgis East

The Mashpee Falcons (Mashpee, MA) basketball crushed the host Sturgis East Storm (Hyannis, MA), 58-21 in Monday's non-league test.
The Falcons (4-10) will now prepare for their test against Rockland (Rockland, MA). The Bulldogs go into the South Shore test with a 8-6 record. In their last test, Rockland was trounced by Abington (Abington, MA), 67-61, in a league test.
The Storm now own a 0-10 record. They play next when they travel to Sturgis West for a Cape & Islands - Lighthouse test on Tuesday, February 7. Sturgis East will encounter a Navigators squad coming off a 39-33 non-league loss to Cape Cod RVT (Harwich, MA). The Navigators record now stands at 0-13.
