The Northeast Early College Raiders basketball team (Austin, TX), was toppled 64-50 in Monday's league battle with the visiting Travis Rebels (Austin, TX)

The Rebels now possess a 7-17 record. They put it on the line next when they host LBJ Austin for a 5A Region III District 24 battle on Tuesday, February 7. Travis will confront a Jaguars team coming off a 103-51 league win over Eastside Early College (Austin, TX). The Jaguars record now stands at 18-14.

The Raiders (14-13) will now prepare for their battle against Crockett (Austin, TX). The Cougars come into the 5A Region III District 24 battle with a 7-22 record. In their last battle, Crockett was toppled by McCallum (Austin, TX), 36-35, in a league battle.
