Maine High School Basketball - Yarmouth nips Wells

Yarmouth Clippers (Yarmouth, ME) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Wells Warriors (Wells, ME), 67-60 in a league bout.
With the win, Yarmouth upgrades its record to 13-4 on the season.
Next up, the Warriors play the York Wildcats (York, ME) in a B South bout, on Wednesday, February 8. Wells will attempt to upgrade on its 5-12 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 9-7 record after their 40-35 non-league win over Traip (Kittery, ME).
