Archbishop Hoban Knights (Akron, OH) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Green Bulldogs (Uniontown, OH), 51-45 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Archbishop Hoban upgrades its record to 12-8 on the season. The Knights travel to Western Reserve Academy (Hudson, OH) to play the Pioneers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 8. The Pioneers go into the bout with a record of 10-11. Western Reserve Academy lost 67-45 in their recent non-league bout against SPIRE Institute (Geneva, OH)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Norton Panthers (Norton, OH) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 8. Green will attempt to upgrade on its 14-6 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 14-6 record after their 63-14 league win over Ravenna (Ravenna, OH).
