The Atholton Raiders (Columbia, MD) basketball nipped the host Glenelg Gladiators (Glenelg, MD), 59-54 in Monday's league test.
The Raiders (11-7) will now prepare for their test against Mt. Hebron (Ellicott City, MD). The Vikings go into the Howard County test with a 7-8 record. In their last test, Mt. Hebron was tipped by Oakland Mills (Columbia, MD), 52-30, in a league test.
The Gladiators now own a 10-7 record. They play next when they host Oakland Mills for a Howard County test on Wednesday, February 8. Glenelg will encounter a Scorpions squad coming off a 52-30 league win over Mt. Hebron (Ellicott City, MD). The Scorpions record now stands at 12-7.
