The Beulah Miners basketball team scored 49 points and held the host Hettinger/Scranton Black Devils to 35 in the Miners league triumph on Monday.
The Miners now sport a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host New England for a B Region 7 contest on Thursday, February 9. Beulah will meet a Tigers team coming off a 57-43 league win over Hettinger/Scranton (Hettinger, ND). The Tigers record now stands at 8-6.
The Black Devils (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig/Mott-Regent] (Elgin, ND). The enter the B Region 7 contest with a 13-3 record. In their last contest, Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig/Mott-Regent] ran past Hazen (Hazen, ND), 56-40, in a league contest.
