The Birchwood Bobcats basketball team scored 51 points and held the visiting Bruce Red Raiders to 47 in the Bobcats league triumph on Monday.
The Bobcats now sport a 1-14 record. They put it on the line next when they host Flambeau for a Lakeland - East contest on Tuesday, February 7. Birchwood will meet a Falcons team coming off a 74-42 league win over Birchwood (Birchwood, WI). The Falcons record now stands at 5-12.
The Red Raiders (0-11) will now prepare for their contest against Winter (Winter, WI). The Warriors enter the Lakeland - East contest with a 7-8 record. In their last contest, Winter nudged Mercer (Mercer, WI), 53-31, in a non-league contest.
