Virginia High School Basketball - Stone Bridge succumbs to Briar Woods

The Briar Woods Falcons topped the host Stone Bridge Bulldogs basketball team by a score of 49-37 in Monday's league battle.
The Falcons now sport a 18-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Riverside for a Potomac battle on Thursday, February 9. Briar Woods will battle a Ram team coming off a 55-44 league win over Stone Bridge (Ashburn, VA). The Ram record now stands at 11-5.
The Bulldogs (11-7) will now prepare for their battle against Potomac Falls (Sterling, VA). The Panthers come into the Potomac battle with a 10-7 record. In their last battle, Potomac Falls prevailed over Independence (Ashburn, VA), 46-12, in a league battle.
