Glenn Grizzlies (Leander, TX) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Cedar Park Timberwolves (Cedar Park, TX), 60-52 in a league bout.

With the win, Glenn upgrades its record to 26-5 on the season. The Grizzlies travel to Liberty Hill (Liberty Hill, TX) to play the Panthers in a 5A Region IV District 25 bout on Tuesday, February 7. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 27-8. Liberty Hill won 54-47 in their recent league bout against Lockhart (Lockhart, TX)

Next up, the Timberwolves play the Rouse Raiders (Leander, TX) in a 5A Region IV District 25 bout, on Wednesday, February 8. Cedar Park will attempt to upgrade on its 16-16 season record. The Raiders go into the bout with a 10-23 record after their 43-18 league loss to Hays (Buda, TX).
