The Putnam City West Patriots (Oklahoma City, OK) basketball felled the host Choctaw Yellowjackets (Choctaw, OK), 68-56 in Monday's league test.
The Patriots (15-3) will now prepare for their test against Enid (Enid, OK). The Plainsmen go into the Centennial test with a 3-3 record.
The Yellowjackets now own a 2-4 record. They play next when they host Ponca City for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 7.
