In Monday's league outing, the Diller-Odell Griffin (Odell, NE) basketball squad beat the visiting Southern Raiders (Wymore, NE), by a count of 45-28.
The Griffin (10-9) will now prepare for their outing against Falls City (Falls City, NE). The Tigers go into the non-league outing with a 14-7 record. In their last outing, Falls City defeated Weeping Water (Weeping Water, NE), 47-27, in a non-league outing.
The Raiders now hold a 8-11 record. They play next when they travel to Lewiston for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 7. Southern will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 56-32 league loss to Sacred Heart (Falls City, NE). The Tigers record now stands at 13-8.
