New York High School Basketball - Gouverneur trounces Potsdam

The Gouverneur Wildcats (Gouverneur, NY) basketball crushed the visiting Potsdam Sandstoners (Potsdam, NY), 66-19 in Monday's league test.
The Wildcats (16-1) will now prepare for their test against Salmon River (Fort Covington, NY). The Shamrocks go into the Section 10 Central test with a 5-12 record. In their last test, Salmon River was trounced by Canton (Canton, NY), 59-19, in a league test.
The Sandstoners now own a 6-12 record. They play next when they host Ogdensburg Free Academy for a Section 10 Central test on Thursday, February 9. Potsdam will encounter a Blue Devils squad coming off a 64-55 league loss to Massena (Massena, NY). The Blue Devils record now stands at 9-10.
